University of Wyoming College of Law professor and Founder/Director of the Firearms Research Center, George A. Mocsary, joined the Federalist Society for a Courthouse Steps webinar discussing the Supreme Court case Wolford v. Lopez.

Following the Supreme Court’s decision in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen, Hawaii enacted a law presumptively barring concealed carry on private property open to the public absent express owner consent. After the Ninth Circuit upheld that law and denied rehearing, the Supreme Court agreed to review whether such broad prohibitions are consistent with the Second Amendment.

In this webinar, Mocsary examines the oral arguments and the potential implications for post-Bruen carry regulations nationwide.
