Federal gun laws are evolving rapidly in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen and subsequent regulatory changes. This course will provide Wyoming attorneys with a comprehensive overview of current federal firearm laws and how they interact with state statutes. While criminal practitioners regularly address firearm restrictions, this presentation focuses on the wide-ranging implications for attorneys in other fields—including family law.
